1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any session or signing up to any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before booking or attending a session.
2. About the Service
Confident With Tech provides friendly, one-to-one technology support sessions designed to help individuals feel more confident using their phones, tablets, and everyday apps.
These sessions are for educational and guidance purposes only — we do not provide formal repairs, data recovery, or technical certification services.
3. Bookings & Cancellations

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

If you do not attend your appointment, it will be treated as a missed session and will not be refunded.

Package sessions (such as the 4-session pack) must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any unused sessions after this time will expire and are non-refundable.
4. Session Conduct

Confident With Tech reserves the right to end a session early or refuse service if a client becomes abusive, aggressive, or behaves in a way that makes the instructor feel uncomfortable.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Clients are expected to treat both the instructor and the service with courtesy and respect at all times.
5. Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and will never access, copy, or share your personal data unnecessarily.

However, you are responsible for your own files, photos, and information during the session.

Confident With Tech cannot be held responsible for any data loss, damage, or technical issues that occur during or after a session.

We strongly recommend backing up your device and removing any sensitive or confidential files, photos, or videos before your appointment.

Any data you choose to share during a session will remain confidential.
6. Liability

Advice and guidance provided during sessions are given in good faith and based on best knowledge at the time.

Confident With Tech does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or outcome resulting from following advice or making changes to your device.

You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed with any actions or settings changes discussed.
7. Health & Accessibility

If you have any health, mobility, hearing, or vision needs, please let us know in advance so we can make the session as comfortable and accessible as possible.

We aim to create a calm and relaxed learning environment that suits your individual pace and comfort level.
8. Online & Remote Sessions

For online or remote sessions, Confident With Tech cannot be held responsible for internet connection problems, software issues, or interruptions beyond our control.

Please ensure you have a stable connection and any necessary apps installed before the session begins.
9. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or card.

Package sessions are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended or refunded after expiry.
10. Testimonials & Feedback

We love hearing your feedback and may ask for a short testimonial after your session.

With your permission, we may use your testimonial or first name (never full details) on our website or social media to help others understand what we do.

You are under no obligation to provide a testimonial.
11. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during a session will be treated with strict confidentiality and never shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
Confident With Tech may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
13. Free Services

From time to time, Confident With Tech may offer free services or community resources (such as scam-checking or advice features).

These are offered in good faith and for general reassurance or educational purposes only - they are not guaranteed or certified professional assessments.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or stop providing any free service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Confident With Tech accepts no liability for any outcome or action taken as a result of free advice or opinions provided.
