I visit people in person to help with phones, computers and everyday technology. We take things at your pace, work through the problem together and make sure it makes sense before we finish.

My story
It started with a simple observation.
While working in a phone shop, I met people who felt rushed or worried that their questions were too simple to ask. Often, all they needed was someone who would listen, slow down and explain things clearly.
That is why I started Confident With Tech. I’ve been interested in computers since I was young, building websites and Minecraft servers. Today, I put that curiosity to work on the practical problems people face every day.
Good tech support should leave you feeling clearer, calmer and more able to do it yourself.
