Confident With Tech

1. Agreement to Policy
By booking or purchasing any session with Confident With Tech, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment.

To make a change, please contact us directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are considered used sessions and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

You cancel your session more than 24 hours in advance, or
-
Confident With Tech needs to cancel your session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time.

Refunds will be processed using the same method you used to pay (bank transfer, card, or cash).

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear.
4. Multi-Session Packages

Package deals (such as 4-session packs) must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Any unused sessions after that period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you cancel an individual session within a package with less than 24 hours’ notice, that session will be marked as used.
5. Service Cancellations by Confident With Tech

In rare cases, Confident With Tech may need to reschedule or cancel a session (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances).

If this happens, you will always be offered an alternative date or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
6. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Partially completed sessions where the client chooses to end early.

Sessions ended early due to abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Situations where advice or changes made during a session lead to unexpected results, device performance issues, or data loss (as stated in our Terms & Conditions).
