Hi, I’m Luke, your friendly local tech helper. I know how stressful technology can feel when things don’t work the way you expect - and I promise, you’re not alone.
After a few years working in a phone shop, I realised that one of the main reasons people aren’t confident with technology is simply because they’ve never really been shown how to use it - properly, patiently, and in a way that makes sense to them. So many people came into the store looking for help with everyday things we couldn’t support with, purely because there was nowhere else for them to turn.
That’s why I started Confident With Tech - to be that missing support. Someone local, friendly, and patient who can sit down with you and make it feel simple and easy.
There’s no judgment, and no rushing - just clear, relaxed help at your pace. My goal is to help you feel calm, capable, and confident using your phone, tablet, and everyday apps. Because once you understand how it all works, technology can actually make life easier - and maybe even enjoyable.
